Meantime describes itself as an independent magazine documenting Singapore stories lost to time, published biennially, with each issue uncovering the past through personal stories. It is edited by Pang Xue Qiang and made with a small named team of writers, photographers and illustrators. Each issue is built around one kind of story: Love Stories, Ghost Stories, Funny Stories, Bad Stories and, most recently, Breakup Stories, which the magazine introduces as running from personal splits to the separation of countries.
